Save Copy in Sent Folder

I am having an issue with copies of sent emails. If I ask eM Client to save a copy in the sent folder then for my outlook.com accounts I end up with 2 copies in the sent folder, for my own domains I just have one copy.
If I don’t ask eM Client to save a copy in the sent folder then for my outlook.com accounts I end up with 1 copy in the sent folder, for my own domains there are no copies in the sent folder.
This started following an update some time ago but I keep forgetting to raise it. Has anybody else seen this? Any work round? It would be better if it was an account level setting rather than an app wide setting.
