Regarding automatic archiving, I selected Inbox and its sub folders.
In the capture below, how to configure automatic archiving for my Sent folder and its subfolders will also be archived.

Hello Perring, unfortunately it is not possible to setup archiving for specific folders only, but navigate to your Automatic archiving settings in Tools > Settings, and setup the scope for your archiving tool.
You can either select Inbox, Inbox with subfolders or All folders, by default Inbox only may be setup.
