Run rule on folder: how to default to Local rules?

Hello,

When I right-click a folder and choose “Apply rule”, the “Run rule on folder” dialog always preselects the first Gmail account from my account list instead of “Local rules”. The rule list is therefore empty until I manually switch the drop down next to the Run button to “Local rules”. All of my rules are stored as local rules, and I have several accounts configured.

The dialog does not remember my last selection either; it always goes back to the same Gmail account.

Is there a way to make the dialog open with “Local rules” selected by default, regardless of which folder or account I am working in? If not, could you please consider this as a feature request?

It selects the current account as we prefer server side rules once they are supported. This is rather a (reasonable) feature request to let the user choose whether he prefer local or server side rules. We’ll add it to our feature request list.
