Rules: Subject BEGINS with....

I want to filter out original emails that begin with the subject line “registration for…” but do not want to filter questions about them with subject lines like “Concerning registration for…”

Is there a way to set up a rule so that only messages with the subject line BEGINNING with “registration for…” are screened out?

No way to do this that I can see, hopefully in a future upgrade… I would like
to have this as well.

It is not possible at the moment but we will consider its possible implementation.
