Rules Stopped Working

Incoming emails used to get auto-sorted for me using rules. This has stopped working with 8.1.979, even when I run them manually. What happened?

Can you upgrade to the latest listed in the Release History, and see if there is any difference.

If that does not make any difference, make sure the Rule is enabled; it should be ticked in the list of Rules. You can also edit a Rule and make sure that a destination folder is selected. It is possible that the destination was removed.

Or, if the Rule was specified for a particular account, make sure the correct account is selected.
