After the new release whenever I try and open settings or the rules windows they appear minimized but will never display maximized. I cannot access either of them to change settings or adjust rules.
They are off screen, possibly because you sometimes use a second monitor.
Hover the mouse over the taskbar icon and when you see the thumbnail, right-click on that and choose MOVE. Use the keyboard arrow keys to bring the window back on the the visible monitor.

Thanks, That was it but not sure how that happened as I have one 36" monitor so no secondary display.
