Rules Delete All to start Over

My server Imap and SMTP keeps crashing, trying to add a folder called Public which I dont have, It started when I started using rules, I think I have multiple rules for the same Emails I am trying to delete.
I just want to clear all the rules at one swipe, not individually, I have over 1000 rules.

Help Please Cliff

Click on one Rule, and use Ctrl + A to select them all. Then click on the Delete button
