Rules ans All Inboxes

Hi,
I am trialing eM Client for out organisation but I keep seeing an error.
I have 5 mail boxes with a rule set across them, however when the rule runs, it works and moves emails from the individual inboxes but it keeps them displayed in the All Inboxes. Is there a way to remove them from this All Inbox at the sametime as the individual inbox?

While I really like EMCLIENT and see so many benefits for us as a company, the fact that although I have rules set up for individual inboxes, they do not clear the emails from the All Inboxes, without having to manually run the rules again, means that I think it is not the software for us.

Moved messages do clear from all inboxes for me. Maybe post your rule to see if anyone identifies a problem in how it is written.
