Rules and Filters

I am inundated with junk mail and have tried to use domain blocking and deletion but it doesn’t seem to be working. Now I do get thousands (yea a lot) daily and they keep coming. I have many email addresses from several domains. My question is the ‘Rule’ or filter account specific or is it global. Does it apply across ALL email accounts? Is there a way to make it global? AND, just where are the blocked domains listed in case I want to reverse it?

I love the emClient and can be overwhelmed by the options.

Thanks,

As far as I know the rules including the blacklists apply across all accounts. If that’s not correct someone will update this thread.

Have you tried a “adding a custom rule” to block “with words found in the header” ? As in @Gary example in the following thread post.

AND, just where are the blocked domains listed in case I want to reverse it?

If you have V10 the blacklist is via “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail / Blacklist” & Whitelist and click “Manage Blacklist” at the bottom

If you have up to V9, “the blacklist will appear in Rules” where you “dblclick to open / manage it”.
