Unfortunately that is not an option. The reason is that Rules only apply to new unread messages as they arrive in your Inbox.
any news about this?
in thunderbird it works fine
This is not possible because Rules only apply automatically as new messages are received.
But you can run the manually at other times if you want. Just right-click on a folder and choose Apply Rule.
Maybe I misprinted it, a rule that mails older than xx days are moved to another folder
Of course it has to be triggered manually
Rules are designed to apply to messages as they arrive. There is no option to apply the Rule to messages received in the past.
If you want to do that, you will need to apply the Rule manually.
This is a forum for eM Client, not Airmail.
eM Client Rules are designed to apply to messages as they arrive, so there is no option to apply the Rule to messages received in the past, because you can’t receive a message in the past.
is ok, thought modern email programs cover all needs
