I have a rule that moves emails of low priority to a separate folder. I use From ‘contains word’ to intercept them. Does that work with two words with a space separating them? In my case it doesn’t seem to work.

Not sure why it may not be working for you, BUT this did work for me… I don’t use the “from people” in my rules but rather use “found in header”.
From should preferably be an email address, not a name. The name is arbitrary and the user or server may not even add one.
But as long as the sender has Road Runner in the name section of the from field, it should work.
