Currently there are only options to perform an action after the mail has been received or sent. I would like to read the mail first and then have the action performed. Is there a solution to this?
Rules only apply automatically to new messages as they arrive in the Inbox (or in some cases on outgoing messages when you click on Send).
If you want to apply them later to messages that have already been received and read, you will need to apply them manually by right-click on any folder and choosing Apply Rule. Then choose the Rule(s) and folder(s) you want them to apply to.
