Why does the roundy roundy thing next to refresh keep going round and round and nothing else seems to happen?
Could be eM Client is still synching. Click the dropdown on the right of Refresh and click Show Operations and see if it’s doing anything.
Thanks for that. I then had a pop up about the email password, which was confusing because I hadn’t changed it, but I had to change it yet again anyway, because the password was deemed incorrect. Email is now working again.
