Was bedeutet ein rotes (Warn?)Dreieck (mit einem Ausrufezeichen) rechts neben einem E-Mail-Kontonamen?

What does a red (warning?) triangle (with an exclamation mark) next to an email account name mean?
Red triangles can mean lots of things.
Could be there might be a current eg: server mail outage, or could be if this is a new mail account setup, you might possibly have the wrong mail settings, or if this is not a new mail account setup, then could be your mailbox online has deactivated or might need different authentication now, or you might have a program blocking the mail account account running resident or could be your physical internet connection has lost the connection to your online mail server. So can be lots of reasons.
So need for information.
So if your mail account was working and just suddenly stopped with the red triangle, then “first try closing and reopening eM Client” or “rebooting your computer” which just might fix it. Also make sure your internet connection is still working ok incase it’s a physical connection problem.
Next if rebooting your computer also still has the red triangle, then “check that you can still login ok to your mailbox online via your webmail”. If you carn’t contact your mailbox technical support.
If you can login ok to your mailbox online, then “click the red triangle” and see what it says. If there is no obvious error message, click the dropdown on the right of Refresh and click “Show Operations” and click the “Log tab” and look for obvious error messages and paste them in this thread. We might then be able to see what’s wrong. Blank out anything personal in the errors.
Also update “what mail account you have” and “who it’s hosted with”. Also go to “Menu / Accounts” and click the either POP, IMAP or Exchange tab and update “what your Incoming Server address, Server Port and Security policy is” so we can check if there is any obvious errors.
Also update what version of eM Client you have and if you have Windows or Mac & OS version.
