My uncle had a problem with emClient, saying that it was an older beta version that wasn’t supported anymore, so it was running in offline mode.
Since I have no experience with emClient, I deleted the older version (as updating didn’t work) and installed the newest version.
Only problem we’re encountering now is that the emails older than when the previous version stopped working, aren’t loaded. After doing some research I noticed that I probably had to take a backup of those emails, but I did not know that…
After looking around on the forum, I noticed someone with the same problem, and someone was saying that I should check if they are still on the server, but how can I do this? As I said, I have never worked with emClient so please guide me through the process to solve this…
If someone could help me, that would be great. Some emails were rather important and not saved locally so I hope I can recover them for him…
