Hi, my Windows 7 crashed, I reinstalled it and the Em Client database was moved to a Windows.old folder. When I set em client to use that folder as it’s message store, some of the emails returned but most didn’t. The mail-data.dat file is about the right size, so I assume all the messages are in there, just not showing. Help!

Please try moving the “eM Client” folder back to C:\Users%CurrentUser%\AppData\Roaming. Before you do that, please backup and remove the eM Client folder found there at the moment in order to prevent any conflicts. Let me know if that worked and your emails are back.
