Moving to new pc. Tried restore and failed after awhile with this dump

The best option is to create an eM Client folder in your Documents folder. Then put the backup zip file in that folder, start eM Client and use Menu > FIle > Restore.
I can’t even open the client now. Tells me db error and contact support.
But when you say ‘create eM client folder’ …what is the name of the folder, specifically?
I don’t see why file path should cause this.

Update. I uninstalled/reinstalled, put the restore folder in documents and it worked.
