Im using EM on mac and anytime i reboot my mac, all data are lost. EM are reset as new installed app.
Are you closing / exiting the app before you reboot your Mac ?
Nope, juste reboot from the mac who is closing all app before, but after the app is relunched empty !
If you don’t fully close / exit eM Client before rebooting or shutting down your computer, you risk corrupting the open database and can then end up with nothing when you open eM Client.
So you either have to completely close / exit eM Client before you reboot or shutdown or if you want to leave eM Client open on your Mac, shutdown in “Sleep” mode via “Apple / Sleep”.
Ok thanks you. I have it still open and working on iPhone and Ipad, is there any way to use data here to backup the computer ?
If you mean can you backup eM Client on your Mac. If you do mean that, yes you can either setup automatic periodic backups via “Menu / Preferences / General / Backup” or regularly manually backup via “Menu / File / Backup”. To restore you click “Menu / File / Restore”.
