I regret not to find un Resend command allowing to send again, without any change a mail rejected for obsocure reasons.
Perhaps in a future release

Move the Sent message to the Local Folder Outbox. If Local Folders aren’t visible enable them by selecting Menu > Settings > General > Show Local Folders.
Open the message in the Outbox and click Send.
But if you just want to resend the message to different recipients from the original, right-click on the message in your Sent folder and choose Forward > Forward as original. This will open the message as it was when you sent it, just without any recipients, so you can add those and click Send.
