I know how to set a reply-to email address for each email I send, but as I am shifting service providers, I need to permanently set a reply-to for the account that is going to be archived.
I upgraded from the free account thinking i would have access to this kid of feature but I can’t find it.
Where can I do this please?

Exactly the same scenario here. I was very surprised to find that eM Client doesn’t offer this feature. I’ve seen “solutions” described using aliases, or setting the reply-to manually each time I compose a message, but that’s unnecessarily convoluted when the aim is to have a default reply-to address to apply to ALL emails I send out. Obviously I just use the new account to send out any completely new emails, but remembering to change it for each reply I do to messages I receive in the inbox of the old account I’m trying to phase out is a pain.
There is a Sleekplan suggestion to set default account for replies even when replying to emails received in a different account that you can vote for below.
There is also a Sleekplan colours per account suggestion “planned status” so you don’t choose the wrong reply acct address when sending.
