Repeated licensing errors

Three times this month, I’ve received error messages that my eMClient license has been cut off because a violation of licensing policy.

Each time, customer support has told me that my account was flagged for suspicion that my email address is a business address. Each time, I have told them that it’s a personal vanity address, not a business address, and I use it only for personal matters.

Each time, the agent has apologized (a different agent each time) and reactivated the account … only to have the same thing happen several days later.

Does anybody know a way that eMClient can permanently whitelist my address so that it’s not repeatedly flagged by whatever process they’re using to cut off my account?

Thanks.

That usually happens if an email address is eg: associated or connected “to a business type domain name” so the system will keep flagging you even though you use it as a personal address.

We don’t have any links on this free community forum to stop that happening.

All I can suggest you do if you haven’t already is to email [email protected] or [email protected] and explain the problem there.
