I’ve installed eM Client on my Windows 10 32 bit operating system (v22H2 - latest update). I’ve been testing it for a couple of days and it seems to work fine exchanging e-mails with my wife’s computer. Scheduling on each other’s calendars, etc.
So I moved to the second phase - I imported my Outlook PST file (Outlook 2007). It appears that all of the data transferred (15 years of well-maintained data - 998Mb). Now, though, when browsing data in the calendar I get repeated crashes. Can’t poke around for more than a minute or so before EMC beams up. It appears to be able to restart fine and says the data file is OK, but then as soon as I start using the calendar again it crashes again.
I’m really very disappointed because it seems like EMC is just what I’ve been looking for to have a client that would be supported when I moved to W11 sometime in the future (not soon). I love Outlook - but Microsoft no longer has a computer-resident version and I don’t like cloud-based apps. TMI, I know.
Thanks for any suggestions or clarifications you can offer.
