Using eM Client 9.2.2258 on Windows Server 2022 with Remote Desktop Services.
Typical scenario:
User logs on and opens eMC on terminal 1. A little while later same user goes to terminal 2 and logs on thus disconnecting from terminal 1. If eMC is already open it will sometimes freeze, badly. Then I need to use task manager to terminate it, then the database is upset.
Works fine remoting into W10 or W11.
Set up a fresh Server 2022 test bed. Both eMC 9 & the new version 10 locked up on a regular basis. Tested Windows RDP client .from both a windows computer and also an iPad - same result - regular freeze when switching to a second terminal with eMC already open.

As it works fine remoting into Win 10 & 11 with eM Client V9 & 10, then sounds like either eM Client “is possibly not designed for Windows Server 2022” or the Windows Server might need an update or possibly a later server version.
I’d be first contacting Microsoft via phone or Windows server community forum and see if there is any updates available for Windows Server 2022 and let them know the issue. They might know why.
