Hi, I have just aquired an new pc and am having difficulties in installing emClient as the default email
I have downloaded the programe, installed it, Aquired the licence and that all seems fine. Now I am trying to reactivate my account, but either the passwoed is incorrect or something else is going on.
There is no facility for ‘Forgotten pass word’ So I am sort of stuck .
Note comes back 'Server was found bit authentication failed. check email address & password.
Any suggestion as to how i can reinstate my account.
I do not have access to the old pc as the HDD failed.
There is a possibility that the eMC activation is failing because you are trying to use a License that is already registered.
As you are unable to deactivate the License on your old computer contact: [email protected]
explain the issue and they will be able to help.
You should do this using webmail via your browser.

Thanks for the updates guys. Managed to sort it more by luck than judgement.
Resetting p/word with service provider helped.
I now have working emails and have recovered all my old ones too.
