Reinstalled Windows - Cant transfer my licence

Hello, I had a lifelong license that was bought.

I had to reinstall Windows due to an issue, and even though i can go onto the em client license manager and see it, i can’t transfer this to my new computer.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Transferring a licence to a new pc

For most licenses, just go to Menu > Help > License on the new device and click on Activate, then paste in the license key. The old device will automatically deactivate. For Business licenses of 2 or more devices, you need to deactivate the old device first, using Menu > Help > License > Deactivate. If you don’t have access to the device, Business users can deactivate them manually in the License Manager.

I found out it was due to me downloading the Windows version of the em client on the Microsoft Store; it doesn’t give you the option to input an I license, whereas the download version from the EM Client’s website does allow you to.
