I have a paid subscription and use E client on 2 devices my laptop and Desktop. I had a free version on desktop them upgraded to connect my laptop. However the desktop is still using the free version. Do I need to convert it to paid version ? If so how ?
In addition the e client has started today to be very slow downloading emails and replying .I noticed the refresh symbol running a lot. I know that when refreshing e client can’t send. Is it the case that e client is checking all my emails on g mail whilst refreshing ?. I have a large gmail account . Is this something new ? I also use IMAP and run a PC.
It only started doing this today .
Can I change settings to stop e m client checking all emails in gmail all the time in order to speed it up?
