Hi, where can I download the file mentioned in https://www.emclient.com/faq-troubleshooting#section-10? The only live link I can find in the article is for App password creation, rather than registry fixes.

The Windows Registry Editor (regedit) is a graphical tool in the Microsoft Windows operating system (OS) that enables authorized users to view the Windows registry and make changes.
The fact that you are asking questions about regedit immediately suggests to me that perhaps you should not go anywhere near it - you could easily wreck your computer.
However, at your own risk!
Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run window - type regedit in the window and click OK
This will open the computer Registry

Thanks. It is because I do not want to directly edit the registry that I want the downloadable file mentioned in the linked help article. Never mind.
