Whenever I try to send an email I get an error message saying “error message.Cannot send message (email recipient not accepted by the server)”. I have looked at previous examples of this fault, and tried deleting messages from the outbox, but I still cannot send. What can I do?
If the server will not accept the recipient’s address, deleting the message and resending it will not help. You need to check the address before you send it. Maybe you typed it incorrectly?
Thanks, but its not just one address that I can’t send to. I can’t send any emails to any address.
Maybe you should contact your email provider. Their server is saying that it cannot accept the recipient’s address, so they might be able to say why that is happening.
