Refund for very poor product

A few days ago I purchased the new V10 version of the personal product and I find that almost nothing now works and that there is no clearly advertised instruction guide,

In my opinion this is the most user-unfriendly pice of software that I have had the misfortune to ever use.

type or paste code here

Can I cancel my purchase and get a refund?

Hey @ David_Chapple

It is a pity you have issues, and yes you can request a refund, however, before
taking this extreme step, please follow this link for help:

David, can I ask what email software you are coming from prior to using em Client? I’m using em Client in a small business environment and it’s the best alternative I’ve found to Post Box and before that Eudora. I’ve tried quite a few others I won’t mention here, that weren’t up to the task. Before giving up on em Client, what were you using before and what didn’t you like about it (and are looking for something else)? Some contenders are Thunderbird, Outlook, and of course web based email services if you don’t want dedicated software.

@David_Chapple

there is no clearly advertised instruction guide,

You can also access the documentation via pressing F1 or within eM Client via the Help Menu as in the below eM Client for Windows example.

I was similar. I used Eudora many years ago, then Outlook (webmail), then the Outlook app, then Postbox, and now eM Client. eM Client has been the best option I’ve found when coming from Postbox, and certainly much better for needs than Outlook.

I’m a bit puzzled by the OP suggesting that “almost nothing now works” or that it was “the most user-unfriendly pice of software” they’d used. That’s nowhere near my experience with eM Client. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
