Recently, emClient has been sending several emails to KNOW spam folder that aren’t SPAM. I can’t figure out how to designate an email as NOT SPAM, so that em client will start putting emails from those senders into my Inbox, not my spam folder. Can you help me figure that out?
You can create a rule for spam, and use that rule to whitelist known / trusted email adresses. See this reply from @Gary to a similar question.
It is most likely that it is your server that is moving the messages to the spam folder, not eM Client.
In that case, you need to login to the webmail interface for your email provider, select the message in the spam folder, and mark it as not spam.
