Remove the email account from eM Client, then add it again.
Hi, I tried in a fresh install in a virtual machine …
Sure, you’re welcome to do your own thing, but that is not what I suggested.
Is the error you quoted from the virtual machine?
Hi Gary,
Thank you for your reply.
What I mean is … When I saw this same error in my machine, I also tried it in a new machine to see If it was a problem … I created a new WIndows 10 in Vmware to replicate the problem. So it is not a problem in my current Instillation … I tried everything , fresh install … Also removed the email account etc … I work in an IT departament and I asked to my colleagues to test in their machines using my account … it seams to be a problem with one item in my calendar and em client. The error is the same.
best regards
Racy
If you are evaluating the application, there is not much you can do, but if you have a Pro License, you should open a support ticket with eM Client. Beyond the obvious things like reinstalling and removing the account, or disabling anti-virus/firewall or VPNs, there is not much us users can recommend here on the forum.
Hi Gary,
I have a Pro license and I also opened a ticket … there isn’t a firewall and I removed the antivirus ;(
Thank you for your reply
