Recurrent events not repeating correctly

I set up a repeating event for the 3rd Monday of every month. Later, not sure under what circumstances, that event shows every Monday. If I open the event, I see this:

Note the highlighted part: 0th Monday.
This is consistent, every monthly repeating event I have created since upgrading to v11.
For this particular event, the final occurrence was moved from December 21st to December 14th. When I made that change, checking it was just for “This” occurrence, it added a complete series on 0th Monday again.

I have this same issue - with Microsoft Graph and v11

This is a known issue, it is internally fixed and will not be present in the final version of eM Client 11.

It seems to be fixed, but after I changed the one event that is out of the sequence, I stated getting this error:

[Microsoft Graph] Uploading item(s) to folder ‘[email protected]/Calendar’ failed due to the following error: Cannot resolve Microsoft Graph occurrence id for recurring event update.

Will this be fixed in a future beta release prior to the full public release, or is there something I can do to resolve the issue in the current beta version? I have to use 11 beta with Graph API support since Microsoft retired EWS October 1. I don’t think Graph is supported in em Client 10, right?

Hi @Keith_Collyer
Please provide me with a copy of your MS Graph log.

  1. Go to Menu>Settings>Advanced>Logging.
  2. Enable logging for MS Graph under the affected account.
  3. Click the "Clear Logs “ button.
  4. Click Save & Close
  5. Restart eM Client.
    After replicating the issue:
  6. Go to Menu > Help > Open log directory
  7. Send me the files (mailto:[email protected])

Hi @Keith_Collyer & @emsf,
Please try downloading the most recent version 11 via Menu>eM Client>Check for update. Then, run a repair on the affected account folder by right-clicking on the folder, clicking Properties, navigating to the Repair tab, clicking Repair, and clicking Ok.

This should fix the issue. Please let me know if not.
