i had created sub folders under trash by mistake and emptying trash deleted my important mail.
please help.

unfortunately if you empty trash it’s not possible to take back that action.
Only possibility would be if you had a backup of your emails or turned on your automatic backup (you can check this in Tools > Settings > General > Backup)
if you by any chance have created a backup make sure you restore from that backup in offline mode, otherwise you would immediately end up in the same situation after you restore.
