Is there any way i can recover the mails which is deleted by emptying Trash

if you use IMAP (or POP3 with “Remove from server when deleted from “Deleted” folder” option enabled in the Server settings section of the POP3 tab of the account setting) protocol, the only way is to contact your email provider and ask whether some backups were made on server for restoring (or maybe you can try to use some undelete application to your database directory and restore older database files).
If you use POP3 and you have this option not enabled, then it should be easy to download them from server through synchronization.
