recipients have an incorrect format

Sometimes, when I try to send an email to more than one person, I get the error message ‘recipients have an incorrect format…send anyway?’ My question is: how do I find the recipient with the incorrect format? I selected directly from my contact list, AND I was able to send to these people individually. I am running version 6.0.24144.0. Thank you

when this issue happens again, could you save and export the draft of this email as an EML file and send it to [email protected] with a link to this forum topic in the message?

Hello Kirsten, I am having this problem as well. Is there something I should be looking for. My error message is: “recipients entered have incorrect format”

Hello Michele,
I don’t think we followed up on the issue with Kirsten.
Check if there is no extra symbols in the email address field (including a whitespece of some sort) that could be making the mail address invalid.
If not, please export the message draft as I mentioned above and send it to [email protected] with a link to this forum topic.
