Recipients don't see my emojis

I’ve recently installed eMClient 10.3.2412 on Windows 10, and most of it is working perfectly, but the emoji function seems to be broken. When I add emojis to an outgoing email - either through Windows key-period or through eMClient’s built-in emoji picker - most of them don’t get saved or sent with the email.

So if I write an email like this:

The recipient (and the version of the message in my sent mail folder) looks like this:

For some reason, the baseball always shows up, but any of the other emojis I’ve tried disappear when I send or save messages.

I’ve tried different themes and message fonts and I’ve deleted my profile and re-created it. I do not have the problem using Outlook or Yahoo Mail on the same computer.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes testing V10.3.2412 on Mac with all different “Mac OS built-in Pasted emojis” inserted using (Command+Control+Space), are also 90% removed after the email has been sent as in the below Gmail example using the Built-in eM Client “Industry Theme”.

The Gmail recipient verified they also only saw the Baseball and Loveheart in their Gmail Inbox.

This is also a problem with the latest Android and iOS eM Client mobiles apps as in the below Droid V10.3.2269 and iOS V10.3.2242

Yes, I’ve been seeing similar lately.

I updated to v10.3.2412 and accidentally noticed the autocompleted emoji (i.e. eM Client changed “:-)” to the graphical form) did not exist in the Sent items. I checked using the webmail access for Outlook and saw they were indeed missing there too. I also tried using Apple’s selection of emoji, but those were removed too upon sending. So it looks as though emoji are typically disappearing upon sending, regardless of how they were added.

I raised it with VIP Support a few days ago, so they are aware.

Same here, Version 10.3.2412 Win 11. The football also works :soccer_ball:.
