Receiving but cannot send emails

As of Sunday this week eM Client no longer sends email from my Outlook account, instead they go directly to my Local Folders Outbox but gives no error message. Gmail emails are sent & received ok though.

I haven’t changed anything on my eM Client settings and the SMTP settings seem to be correct, 597, Force usage of SSL/TSL

Any thoughts?
