How can I receive all acounts ( as I have 10 different acconts) in just one INBOX to put all toghether and so I will create rules and folders like it is possible in OUTLOOK 2016
Well, you have a Smart Folder called All Inboxes which is a combined view of all 10 accounts, and Rules apply to all accounts anyway unless you have specified a particular account within the Rule itself.
But I think that I may understand what you are trying to do. The best way to do that is to setup the accounts as POP3, and in the last step of the setup, you can specify that the account should use Local Folders rather than a separate set of folders for each account.
Then if you setup each account in the same way, they will all use the same folder tree.
