Rearrange, Hide, Mail Message Icons/Actions in Toolbar

Regarding the actions available when you’re reading a message – Reply, Reply All, Forward… No Category, I’d like the ability to customize that toolbar. I’d like to be able to hide some actions I never use, and to move around the ones I do (particularly Delete).

I’m 100% in favor of this. My pet peeve is having the “Move to Junk” icon right next to the “Delete” icon. I have to review the Junk e-mail folder every time to be sure and undo the change.
