It is allmost impossible to read a light orange text om a white background.
How can that be changed to a text with greater contrast ?

You can check your brightness and contrast settings for your monitor. Maybe reset them to the default and see if that is better. Also, there are add-ons for browsers that can override the default page background if that would help.
