How can we increase readability between read and unread emails, they look very similar. Tried changing the theme colors but its not helping much.

I’ve been using Mailspring for years and they have a better visibility for this and I can distinguish emails in a better way there as they have different background color and bigger dot for unread

Is there any way in emclient to achieve this make it better to distinguish, or ability to change font weight even further or font color?
This is the only thing preventing me to get a license for em-client, please help me with this
