READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING. (Author unknown)

When entering the activation key I get the message “Activation key is not valid”. That has occurred on the last two tries. I had previously installed and activated it three times and the key was accepted after each of those installs but I could not get the import of Thunderbird to work right. After each of those three attempts I deleted the eMClient Roaming profile. Obviously I do not know what I am doing. If you could help me with this problem I would be forever grateful.

What problem are you having with the import?
Of all the reactivate - did you activate them on different PC or any major hardware change on the PC?
