I have multiple email addresses on my eM Client. My issue is that one specific email address that sends me a new email/ replies back to an existing email trail, always comes through as “read” rather than unread.
I asked them to add my other email (also using eM client for this), emails still come through as read.
It’s only happening with this one specific email address I communicate with or domain name?
Both emails are Gmail emails and I don’t see any automatic categorisation for this on Gmail settings.
What could it be?
