Reactivate License Fail

Upon opening my eM Client I get the notification “No valid license found”. I have my Activation Key email with the key but when it’s entered into the Activation screen (Under the tabs Help, License, Activate) nothing happens - the screen continues to show “No License” after the activation key is entered and “ok” is pressed

Please check that details, email address, eMC version etc are correct,
also that any other installations, if any, are valid and do not exceed
the number permitted. Also confirm you are online.
