Hi! EmClient:
I am trying the re-activate EMClient in an old computer which I didnt use for years. During activation, it says the account has a violation and I was told to contact the sales dept. This happens even I tried to uninstall/reinstall EMClient.
Any advice on how to reactivate my EMClient account? Thank you.

If you were suspected of using a Free license for business use, the license will have been blocked and you can no longer use it.
The Free license is for personal home use only, so if that is your scenario contact me and I will look into it. [email protected]
If you use it for business, at work, in school or in any other organization, you will have to re-activate eM Client with a Pro license, which you can purchase here.
