RBL & authentication errors in eM Client

I have been using eM Client for about 2 years now, I’m very satisfied. I send out a weekly email newsletter to about 50 club members, with a pdf attachment, have had no problem until last time.

Last week more than 30 of those emails were returned undeliverable. I contacted my ISP, who said they have ‘never heard of eM Client’, but they told me to use their webmail client. They found that the same email was accepted and delivered by their webmail, they would not investigate further and said that the errors are caused by eM Client. Also my email address appear to be on a spam list. I changed the IP address but it made no difference. Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated. My ISP techs must live in a cave if they’ve never heard of eM Client.

SPF and DKIM are settings on your email provider’s server.

You will need to contact them and ask them to update them. Once they have, you will be able to send to Gmail recipients again.
