I am setting up some QuickTexts and one of them involves inserting a 4x3 table.
If I am writing a new email and insert the QuickText table, there is no problem. However, if I am replying to an email, the table does not get inserted and I just get text. Why?
You can change this setting in Menu > Settings > Mail > Compose > Mail Format.
The best option is to set the format for replies to HTML, otherwise if you reply to a plain text message, your reply will also be in plain text. That doesn’t support tables.
