I am preparing for some shoulder surgery, which will mean one handed typing for while. As such I am setting up some standard replies as Quick Text.
But when I hit the CTRL+Shirt NUM combination it just jumps to the bottom of the page. I don’t get the quick text.
What am I doing wrong?

Please make sure that you’re using the top numeric keys (above the letter keys). If you have the numeric part of the keyboard, it won’t work there.
