Is there any way to use the “quick text” function in the subject line versus just in the body of the message ?

Quicktext unfortunately only works for inserting text into the body of the message. If you want to add preset subjects, I recommend using our templates feature to make a blank mail with just the subject filled in. This way you can create multiple templates and fill in the rest of the email to your liking.
