Using the new eM CIient Sleekplan feedback page, how do you know visually if you have already voted on a suggestion ?
Does it also have a mechanism to stop voting more than once ?
eg: All the voting numbers are all bold. Are the numbers meant to be a different colour when not voted. I havent voted for everything but they are all bold numbers scrolling down the page.
The arrow you click gets a bit of a background/highlight once you click it. You need to be logged in to see this. After logging in just now, I needed to refresh the page before the highlighting showed up.

Ok thanks for that. I hadn’t Refreshed the page after logging in. All good now

No the Sleekplan page is working ok for me.
Try clearing your browser cache completely (all time) and then close and reopen your browser.
Failing that try another browser. Or if still not working try release and renew your IP address or reboot your computer and try again.
Or if it still won’t open, if you have any optionally installed Firewall / Security programs, or VPNs enabled, try completely disable those to test.
Now it works…! I did not flush or do anything, only reloading the page. Must have been an internet burp… Thanks for checking.
